Products & Pricing
All products are described as accurately as possible, but slight variations in color, finish, and materials may occur. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice prior to order confirmation.
Orders & Payment
Orders are processed once payment is successfully authorized through our payment providers, Stripe and Clover. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud or pricing errors.
Custom Orders
Custom build requests submitted through your account are quotes, not confirmed orders. A custom order is only confirmed once you accept the quoted price and complete payment. Lead times for custom builds vary and will be communicated by our team.
Shipping & Delivery
Estimated delivery windows are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Returns & Cancellations
Returns are accepted in accordance with our Returns Policy. Custom or personalized orders may not be eligible for return once production has begun.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Limitation of Liability
MiniMotorzLuxe is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
